Alfabia is an old historic mountain estate located at the entrance of the Sierra de Tramuntana. It has a stately building of Arab origin. This historic building, perfectly maintained, has elements from different eras (a Mudejar coffered ceiling, period furniture, antique musical instruments, a library, paintings ...). All these elements can be seen in the different rooms of the house.
There are also other buildings, such as an old oil mill or some stable preserved with their original elements, as mats for men who took care of animals.
These buildings revolve around the "clastra", the typical Mallorcan cobbled central patio, which presides over a centennial tree cataloged by its large dimensions. Another very characteristic element of the estate is its monumental Baroque facade, with its stairs to get on the horses
Alfabia also has Mediterranean-style gardens, in which water and lush vegetation are the main protagonists (orange, lemon, palm trees, exotic species, bougainvillea, wisteria ...). It has an easy access (it even has a stop for the centenary Tren de Sóller), its own parking, facilities such as dressing rooms and bathrooms for the filming and filming equipment.
Finally, Alfabia also has a large mountain farm, with ancient olive trees, fountains, remains of old mills and very special corners that make it a unique setting for any photoshooting, filming or advertisement.
