Sa Casa Rotja is a late 19th century rustic finca located 4 km from Sineu, a small island in the interior of the island of Mallorca. This small "possessió" was rehabilitated in 1989 respecting its old Mallorcan character; Currently it is dedicated to agrotourism. There is a large central courtyard, and around it are the dependencies that were once used for animals, warehouses for crops or workers' homes. These dependencies have been converted into apartments. In total there are 7 with capacity for 30 people. The farm has a communitarian pool in the middle of scrubland and forest. Sa Casa Rotja is surrounded by cereal fields and has maintained the quiet atmosphere of the past.
