The AAAPIB, Association of Professional Actors and Actresses of the Balearic Islands, was born in 1998 and is a non-profit, democratic and autonomous association of a trade union nature that aims to group, advise and defend the actors, actresses and professional stage directors of the Balearic Islands. The AAAPIB belongs to OSAAEE (Organization of Unions of Actresses and Actors of the Spanish State) and to the FIA (International Federation of Artists), which allows it to have national and international coverage. It is an assembly association that makes its decisions through the General Assembly, in which all associates have the right to voice and vote.
