Sa Costa is in a private yet easy to access location on the outskirts of the highest village in Mallorca - Galilea. There are amazing views of the sea, mountains and valley from the house. Sa Costa is a traditional stone finca, dating back to arabic times and is one of the three oldest properties in Galilea. It has remnants of the old Tafona, original water catchment system and tank and many other rustic features. The interior has been sympathetically renovated in a traditional mallorcan style with many original features. The large (70,000sqm water) swimming pool was built in the 1960´s by the actress Faye Emerson who owned the property at that time. It has been built on natural rock and retains a natural lagoon look. There is 144,000sqm of land which is a combination of olive forest, woodland, terraces and mountain and a dry stone path leading to a water catchment area, charcoal burners site and small cave. Access is via a private driveway and there is plenty of parking at the property.
